Blog question??

What's up with these tools on the side of my page? What am I doing wrong? I can't get them off. They are very annoying.

    Is it just me that can see them? They are out to the right of my blog. Looks like a wrench and a screw driver

    it is just you when you are signed in to your blog (I think; I am by no means tech savvy)...Mine has them, too.
