Captial 10

Well I ran the Capital 10k with some friends and I was pretty disappointed in my time. It was an hour and 15 minutes, not what I was expecting. Next year I will finish in under an hour guaranteed! I will be ready for that hot sun and all of those hills. I will plan and train better for the next one. It was fun, just very hard for me.

    Just remember, you didn't train long at all for this race; you have twins and didn't have a lot of time to train - so I don't think you should be disappointed in your time.

    And damn, they sure charge a lot for a copy of a picture, don't they?

    I'm super impressed! I can barely run for 10-15 minutes right now AT ALL!
