At the Beach

The first night was a little rough! Hail, strong wind, and lots of rain.

Hanging out in the condo. The next day was much better. The sun came out.

First trip to the beach. Both boys did not like the sand at first. Ren warmed up to it fast and played in it. Rex was getting sick and he never really let us put him down. Today he has 102 and is a sickie.

Try not to go blind from my lack of pigment! My poor sick buddy. We had fun besides the craziness.

Beach bound!

This Thursday we head to Port Aransas, a summer tradition, with Val and my Mom and Dave. Nervous and excited. Nervous that the weather will be bad  and nervous that my two little toots will not behave. Excited for them to see the beach for the first time and to get away! I hope we have a good trip.

Back to blogging!

Mr. Grey held my attention for a while. Now that I am done reading I am going to try staying on top of this thing. Ok, we pulled out the bike attachment and went for a ride.

Rex and David's helmet. He loves hats. They liked the ride for a little while. Then I think it got too hot. We will do morning rides only from now on.

Knock Knock. He can remove the pet door cover now. Very annoying. So he comes and goes as he pleases now.

We pulled out the splash table Auntie got them. They love to play in the water.

Loving it!

Rex likes to wet his face. I didn't get that on camera.

For some reason Ren is now putting food in his hair when he eats. This time it was a goldfish. He usually puts beans or peanut butter.

Balls in bed!

Even though I love being with these boys, sometimes I think about going to work. Half the week we have fun and the other half they fuss, cry, and make me crazy. Anyway, I always try to think of fun things to do at home. (see why we buy big toys!) So we threw all the balls in Ren's bed. Fun for about 3 minutes. They get bored easily and that leads to a whole lot of fussing! I'm not sure what we will do all summer when it is too hot to go outside.
