Reading his books

I now have two walkers which means they are every where now. I am working on switching them from two naps to one. Yesterday was the first day and they did good. Their words: Rex: This, ball, Belle, that, bah ( for his bunny), mama, and dada. Rendin: Ball, belle, bah (for bunny) Ga (for everything), bore (more), and Go Go (Jo Jo for John). They love balls and books. If I take them outside it is very hard to bring them back in. They just discovered magnets, but haven't figured out they don't stick to everything. I can't open the fridge around them or they think they can take everything out. Basically I have two little messes running around here!

A New Year

I don't do resolutions but there are some things I would like to accomplish/ change for the New Year:

1. I am currently training to run a 10k with a friend. I have about 3 months to train myself ( I bought an app on my i phone). This is an easy run for many, but not for me!! I am out of shape!!

2. Stop worrying so much. I may need to close my facebook account. I keep reading all of these sad things happening every where.

3. Cook more meals. We have been doing good so far, but I need to add more dishes to my cooking.

4. Clean out my junk room. The problem is I don't know what to use the room for. It's next to Rendin's room, so I can't exercise in there (too loud). Hmmmmm.

There are many more things, but I can't think of them now

Balls!

The favored gift for Christmas this year was definitely balls! We are over loaded with them now. The boys love to throw and kick them. I believe I could open up a Gymboree in my play room if I wanted to!

Mischievous!

These guys are getting into more and more things they are not supposed to! They don't like the word no, not one bit!

Ren and Santa are not friends this year!

Maybe next year? Rex was ok with Santa. This Santa had a rough day I believe because he was a little grouchy! Our picture was a little better than this, but you get the idea. I had to be in the picture.

Steady climbing the charts!!

At their 1 year appointment we of course got some new stats!

Rendin: 24% in weight, 18% in height, and 25% in head circumference. Wow! Ren went from 3% to 18% in height. A growing boy!!

Rex: 10% in weight, 13% in height, and 39% in head circumference. Rex went from 1% to 10% in height! Woo hoo. No more 1%!
