Thanksgiving lunch went well. They loved the food.

 Val fed them for me during Dinner with Mimi and Biggin, so I could eat with everyone. (What a nice Auntie)

There are no pictures of me or my Mom and Biggin. I promise we were all there. The boys had a lot of fun. I can't wait for Christmas!

First Birthday party!!

Rex kind of picked at his and that was it. Not very interested.

Rendin picked a little at his but did not like the texture of the cake! I know this will change but I secretly liked the fact that they didn't eat a lot of it!

This is what Ren did with his cake. He threw it on the floor. It is getting to be a bad habit, throwing cups and food off of his tray.

We had their Birthday at Gymboree. It was a lot of fun, except the evening when it was time to go to bed. They had a great time. Their real Birthday is the 29th but because of Thanksgiving we have to have it a little early. I don't know if I will ever have their party at our house. It is a lot to clean up and we didn't have to do much of that here! It was perfect!

Ren's first dentist trip.

Rendin has been so fussy lately so I am trying to figure out what exactly is causing this. So we went to the dentist to see if his molars are the cause. NOPE! It isn't the teeth. So we will figure something else out. He had a good visit except for the screaming when she polished his teeth.

This little boy was in heaven with all of these books! He loves his books! (still in his jammies, morning appt)

Busy weekend!

We took away the bottles! The first day was hard, but then it got easier!

Then we went to the park. Rendin loves to pick at the grass

Then the Cedar Park train! The boys loved it and so did Kristian so we rode it twice!

No more bottles!

Today is the last day the boys will be taking bottles and formula. After today they are officially on their sippy cups (with straws) and Almond Milk!! Woo hoo! No more bottles. I am so glad. We have bottles every where. We were washing 8 bottle parts every day and running our dish washer every day. Most people are sad when they are done with bottles, but not us. I am excited to move forward! Look at this mess on my counter. It has been here for 11 months now and I will finally have room for other crap! I'll let you know how they do tomorrow. I'm sure it will be an experience! Luckily David is off to help me through it.

A little training exercise

Not walking yet, just a little practice. Supposedly their reflux will improve as they start walking. We will see.
