Playing with other babies is so fun!

 We went to visit Becky and the babies today! My boys played with her twins and Payton slept! She is a very pretty baby. We had a fun time getting out of the house.

Nine month stats:

Rex: weight 18.5lbs (14%), height 26in (1%) that's not a typo! head (38%). Sum him up, short, chubby, medium head!

Rendin: weight 18.12 lbs (19%), height 26.5 (3%), head (18%) Sum him up, same. short, chubby, small head!

 We will be able to tell more about their height at the age of 2 when preemies catch up on growth. They won't be tall, but hopefully will be closer to 6 feet than 5 feet!! I don't understand the percentiles. Rex looks chubby, but is still in the lower percentile. Maybe because he is short his rolls just bunch up! They got a great check up (except the shots, didn't know the flu shot was a 2 part).

A night away!

Saturday night was my first night away from home since I had the boys. I learned two things. 1. I am old and can't party like I used to and 2. I can no longer sleep in, which sucks! I went to a hair show in San Antonio and did a little dancing and drinking Saturday night. I did pay for it the next day, but was glad I was able to get away for a short while.

Trying to enjoy the weather

We went on a walk early this morning to enjoy the nice weather outside even though all we talked about was the horrible fires going on all around us. It is so sad to think people are losing their homes and belongings as we speak. We are watching the news and checking on friends just hoping and praying they are ok. We walked at the Brushy Creek Trails. It is so nice there and so many cool playgrounds for the future.

Definitely need to baby proof!
