I started taking this after a friend of mine told me about it. I read all about the different health benefits it has. I take two tablespoons every morning. It is pretty gross tasting so I have to mix it with a small shot of smoothie mix. I currently have two friends drinking it and my sister Val is also taking it. I haven't noticed a difference yet, but will definitely keep you updated.
Another thing I started doing was smearing coconut oil on my face at night. It feels kind of greasy but helps a lot with red spots. I love it and do it every night now, even though my husband makes fun of me. I hope to start trying oil pulling soon. I bought sunflower oil, I just haven't tried it yet. I did try to do it with coconut oil and that was awful. We will see if my skin starts glowing and I have healthy gums soon:)

Blog or not
I can't decide if I should give up the blog or not. I don't really have much to blog about other than the boys. I also don't like the fact that you can't download your pictures to the blog from your iPhone. That would be so much easier if it were possible. I'm going to give this a shot and see how it goes. Let's start with the boys, of course. They have had one sickness after another. Around their 2nd birthday they had 4 different viruses. They had a vomiting virus (I also had it), a fever virus, hand foot and mouth (the worst), and of course a sinus infection. Then over the Christmas Holiday they had walking pneumonia. I know it's because they started school, but we need a break from the germs! When do they stop catching every little thing? They have had more runny nose days than not. They look so pitiful in these pictures. I hate when they are sick.

Avery Ranch Park
We finally found a park for little ones. Most parks we go to I have to stand right by them while they climb on things because the play ground is so high up. The one in Avery Ranch has 3 different play grounds. Each one is for a different skill level, and it's covered.
